Important Notice These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 897ph ("897ph," "we," "us," "our") governing your use of the 897ph platform, website, and all associated gaming services. By registering an account, accessing the website, or placing any bet or wager on the 897ph platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing or using the 897ph Platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request account closure by contacting 897ph customer support.
2.3 These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 897ph relating to the use of the Platform.
Ongoing Agreement Continued use of the 897ph Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 897ph will endeavour to notify registered Players of material changes via the email address registered to their Account.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use any real-money gaming service on the 897ph Platform. This requirement is consistent with Philippine responsible gaming standards applicable to online casino operations. 897ph strictly prohibits participation by minors.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time you access the Platform and place any wager. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction prior to registering.
3.3 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are expressly prohibited from registering or maintaining an Account:
3.4 897ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
4.1 To place real-money wagers on the 897ph Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. Registration is free of charge.
4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You undertake to promptly update your Account information if any of it changes.
4.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account with 897ph. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate Accounts discovered will be closed, and any balances held therein may be forfeited at 897ph's discretion.
4.4 KYC Verification. 897ph may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when your account activity triggers an internal compliance review. Acceptable documents include government-issued Philippine identification (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, voter's ID, or similar).
4.5 897ph reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, subject to applicable law.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password, one-time passwords (OTPs), and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
5.2 897ph customer support and its representatives will never ask for your Account password, OTP, or 2FA code — via live chat, email, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any person requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent.
5.3 You agree to notify 897ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. 897ph shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account that arises from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
5.4 897ph reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an Account if suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to unauthorized login attempts, use of VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions, or indicators of identity fraud.
6.1 897ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players:

6.2 All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own legal name. 897ph does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
6.3 Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in Philippine Peso (PHP). 897ph does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 897ph bears no responsibility.
6.4 897ph reserves the right to impose deposit limits, request source-of-funds documentation, or decline a deposit in connection with AML compliance obligations.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via your Account dashboard. 897ph processes approved withdrawals within the following estimated timeframes:

7.2 All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. 897ph may request identity documents, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation prior to approving any withdrawal. Processing times commence only after all required documentation has been submitted and verified.
7.3 Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits and technical feasibility. 897ph reserves the right to process withdrawals via alternative payment methods at its discretion.
7.4 Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable and will be excluded from any withdrawal calculation.
7.5 897ph reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where fraud, a breach of these Terms, or a regulatory compliance matter is under investigation.
8.1 897ph may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, and other incentives ("Promotions") to registered Players from time to time. All Promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement and are read in conjunction with these Terms.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific Promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly disclosed on the relevant promotion page.
8.3 Prohibited Bonus Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in Account closure:
8.4 897ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time, with or without notice, where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to technical errors, abuse, or regulatory requirements.
8.5 Players who self-exclude or activate responsible gaming restrictions that limit their play may have their eligibility for future Promotions affected.
9.1 All games offered on the 897ph Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the individual game rules specifically address the point at issue.
9.2 Game Fairness. All 897ph casino games — including live dealer games and electronic slot machines — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined by certified algorithms and/or physical processes in live dealer environments and cannot be influenced by 897ph or any player.
9.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or communication error that interrupts a game round, 897ph reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the relevant stake to the Player's Account. 897ph accepts no liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
9.4 Disputed Game Outcomes. If you dispute the outcome of a game, you must raise the dispute with 897ph customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round. 897ph will review game logs and, where applicable, the records of the relevant game provider to determine the correct outcome.
9.5 The minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each game are displayed within the game interface and may be updated from time to time. 897ph reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its discretion.
Zero Tolerance Policy 897ph operates a zero-tolerance policy toward the conduct listed below. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 897ph Platform:

11.2 Self-Limitation Tools. The following tools are available to all registered 897ph Players via the Account settings dashboard:
11.3 Underage Gambling. 897ph takes the prohibition of underage gambling seriously. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and original deposits returned subject to verification of the deposit source.

12.1 All content on the 897ph Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 897ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use any 897ph trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent; or scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform by automated means.
12.3 Any unauthorised use of 897ph intellectual property may result in Account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
13.1 The 897ph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 897ph endeavours to maintain continuous service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 897ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arose.
13.3 897ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 897ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 897ph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14.1 897ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available on the 897ph website.
14.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, customer support, and service improvement.
14.3 897ph does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data may be disclosed to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licensed game providers as required by applicable law or these Terms.
14.4 You have the right to access, correct, update, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Requests may be directed to the 897ph support team at the contact details provided in Section 17.
15.1 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your 897ph Account, a game outcome, a payment, or these Terms, you should first contact 897ph customer support with a clear description of the issue. 897ph commits to investigating all disputes in good faith and providing a written response within five (5) business days of receipt.
15.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the informal resolution process, you may escalate the matter to 897ph's compliance department. Details for escalation will be provided in the initial support response.
15.3 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.4 Limitation Period. Any claim arising under these Terms must be raised within six (6) months of the date on which the relevant event giving rise to the claim occurred. Claims raised outside this period may not be considered.
16.1 897ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, payment processes, or eligibility — 897ph will endeavour to provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice by email to the address registered on your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
16.2 Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or administrative updates) may take effect immediately without prior notice.
16.3 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting 897ph support.
